Every one of our employees goes through a thorough nationwide background check and is interviewed. Only roughly 10% of applicants are hired as GoCleanly certified cleaners.

If something goes wrong we’re here to make it right. Please let us know right away and we’ll be there to take care of it. That’s our promise to you!

There are three security tiers in operation. First off, extended validation SSL protects our booking page. Second, a separate 256-bit security layer is included in our booking form. Third, Stripe processes credit card transactions and adds an extra degree of protection to their own 256 protocol. Furthermore, our system does not retain credit card numbers—only a token that permits us to charge the card. You may be confident that we take security very seriously.

Indeed, they do. As the final phase in our pre-screening procedure, we conduct a thorough countrywide background check on each applicant.

We will return and reclean if you’re not happy with your cleaning (within a 7-day timeframe). We’ll reimburse your money if you still don’t think we performed well enough for you to tell your friends about us.

If something is not done to your expectations, please let us know. We’ll send a team out to make it right (within a 7-day window). If after our re-clean is completed and you’re still not happy with service, we offer a full refund.

Update the card that is on file by logging into your account at #. It will immediately identify your new card as your primary card.

Regular cleaning takes into account everything that involves cleaning a home or apartment. Cleaning/vacuuming floors, cleaning bathrooms, kitchen, living room, dusting, etc. We do offer extra services like cleaning inside the fridge and inside the oven, and those can be selected on the booking form when you select service.

The amount of bedrooms and bathrooms in the house determines our pricing. When you choose the number, the price appears on the internet right away.
